Ridgewood, New Jersey's pride and joy, Real Estate, are back with a new album.
On October 17, the band is set to release, Days, their follow-up to 2009's self-titled debut, on Domino.
In anticipation for the album's release, the band is planning on releasing a new single, "It's Real", on September 27.
